Matt is a seasoned property professional who began his career in property back in 2007. An experienced operator in all positions of property cycles, Matt brings knowledge and strategy within property investments to benefit both clients and stakeholders accordingly.

Since starting in the property sector, Matt has helped over 500 individuals and families acquire new properties and has assisted in many millions of equity in being achieved. His main experience comes with off the plan home and land & townhouse investments and also in helping First Home Buyers enter the market.

Matt has a deep passion for helping people achieve their goals and provides honest, up to date and accurate advice to use and act upon. His personal mission is to inspire others to live the way that they wish to live, and to help create more than 1,000 millionaires through business and property.

With more than four decades experience in project sales and marketing, Bob Hand is at the forefront of the real estate development industry. An innovator, Bob spent over twenty years at the helm of his previous company leading strategic development and growth, building what was to become Australia’s premier project marketing company. A powerful professional network and unmatched industry knowledge provides the foundation as Bob continues to deliver, adding to the ever-growing record number of sub-divisions completed during his career.

Bob is a two time Author with ‘Guide to investing in property’ and ‘Guide to buying your first home’ books published and loved by many. He brings the ability to provide advanced knowledge and guidance delivered in ways that all people can understand.
