To achieve the best possible rental outcome and attract premium tenants, your appointed property manager may recommend that you cover the costs of ongoing utilities (such as electricity, gas, and water usage charges) and internet services for your property during the Assurance Period. This strategic decision is entirely at your discretion, following consultation with your property manager.
